Our Terms and Conditions of Use aim to disclose and communicate all your rights in relation to the products we sell.
The INTELLISIGN user will have to promote prior registration before being ready to use our platform. Registration is a condition for use, and it will be necessary to provide your full name, individual registration number, as well as your e-mail address. Failure to provide this personal data means that it is impossible to use the platform.
The user must create a login and password for personal and non-transferable use to access the subscription platform and choose what their service package will be. In the portal, it is possible to create corporate environments, including the option of ADMINISTRATOR, so that you can manage the accounts of a corporation.
The user may upload documents so that other users can check and digitally sign with the contracted signature modality. Only INTELLISIGN users can sign documents within the platform. The sending of a document by a user, for another user to promote verification and signature, is done through the e-mail registered by the latter when creating his account.
The administrator of a corporation which uses INTELLISIGN will be able to create specific functions within the signature platform, and add and create users, according to the contract entered by the corporation he represents.
The administrator may invite new users to the platform, who will comply with the obligations imposed in item 1, and may create corporate accounts, which they will have access to using their administrator password.
All signature requests are verified on the INTELLISIGN platform, and the status of the signature and the document to be signed are available. Any pending signatures can be checked by the user, recipient, or enterprise account administrator.
Whenever a signature is pending on the portal, the notification of the signature request may be resent, however, this request must be made by the user who registered the document to be signed.
Once the signature process is completed, the platform offers the information that the document has been successfully signed, however, this message is only made available when all recipients of the document have signed the document(s).
The responsibility for the secure storage of the user login and password rests with the account holder registered with INTELLISIGN. Regarding the personal data collected when the user registers, these are for exclusive and specific use with the subscription platform and were stored in safe and secure environments.
INTELLISIGN will not be able to store or even hold the personal and usage passwords of its customers, and there is the possibility of recovery if they have been forgotten, lost and/or changed, which will be done through the e-mail registered when creating the user's account.
Whenever the Digital Certificate is requested to make signatures on the INTELLISIGN platform, it will be necessary, in addition to the password of the platform user, the password of the digital certificate. Incorrect use or non-observance of these general rules may make it impossible to sign up with the platform.
The Digital Certificate eventually used in the signature platform is for personal and non-transferable use and should not be handled by others. Its use entails a signature with legal validity and for this reason third parties should not be entrusted, not even its password for use or administration. Memorize your passwords, and if necessary, store them in different places and away from possible threats.
INTELLISIGN reserves to its customers the guarantee of the services provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and any defect or failure must be reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours for it to be remedied or repaired, under penalty of preclusion.
The consumer may file a formal complaint about the malfunction of the services provided, which will be submitted to technical analysis for verification.
The compatibilities and/or updates of systems, internet browsers, etc., cannot be considered as a defect for the purpose of analyzing any defects in the services provided.
In accordance with Article 49 of the CDC, the right of repentance within the reflection period (07 days) may be exercised by the client.
All reimbursement made by INTELLISIGN will occur in the Checking Account of the Individual or Legal Entity holder, when applicable, within 10 days after formally receiving the request from the customer, informing the bank details that are consistent with those of the holder himself. If not, INTELLISIGN will have no obligation to refund the value of the product until the correct data is provided by the customer.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
The Federal and state courts located in Florida shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
